By downloading or using the Plant Pals application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, you may not use the service.

2. Use of the Application

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for your personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to use the application for any illegal or prohibited purpose.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Plant Pals is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

The application allows you to upload photos and data about your plants. You retain ownership of this content but grant Plant Pals a license to use it to provide the service (e.g., showing your plants to your family group).

5. Limitation of Liability

Plant Pals is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Remember that plant care depends on many factors; the app alerts are only an aid and do not guarantee the survival of the plants.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.
