Request Account Deletion

At Plant Pals, we respect your right to privacy and control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so by following the steps below.

What data will be deleted?

Upon processing your deletion request, we will permanently delete:

• Your profile information (name, email, photo).
• All your plant data (photos, names, watering schedules).
• Your activity history and family group memberships.

Note: This action is irreversible. Once the account is deleted, you cannot recover your data.

How to Request Deletion

To proceed with deleting your account, please send us an email from the address associated with your account:

Processing Time

We will process your request within 7 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once your data has been completely deleted from our systems.
